Ready-made mature private care formula samples for texture evaluation before bulk purchase. Samples can be ordered separately. Sample fees can be deducted from your bulk OEM order upon confirmation.
Sample Service Terms
Sample Purpose
Finished trial samples for texture, scent, appearance and basic sensory assessment only. For formulation reference and not for medical diagnosis.
Sample Fee Credit
When you place a bulk OEM order after sampling, sample cost can be credited against bulk goods according to our commercial agreement.
Lead Time
Sample orders shipped within 1–3 working days. Custom formulation rework lead time will be quoted separately.
Sample Specification
5ml per sachet/tube. Limited quantity per formula per customer for evaluation purpose.

How soon will samples be shipped?
Sample orders normally ship within 1–3 working days. We will notify you in advance if stock is limited.
Is there a minimum bulk order requirement for sample credit?
Credit terms are commercial agreements which vary by MOQ. Please contact our sales team for full details.
Can I modify the formula of samples?
Existing mature formulas support raw material replacement and fragrance tuning. Brand-new custom formulations require extra sampling fees & lead time.
Do samples come with test reports?
Test documents are not included by default. You may request third-party testing with separate quotation.
Is sample quality consistent with bulk production?
Trial samples use identical raw material systems as mass production. Minor batch variations are normal.
