The sample deposit covers sampling only. If you cancel the order unilaterally, the deposit is non-refundable; if we are unable to complete sampling, the deposit is refunded. Sample shipping cost can be agreed in advance. Please note that a reasonable, minor variance in finishing or tolerance may exist between the sample and the bulk order — we recommend agreeing an acceptance standard in advance.

How much is the deposit, and when is it paid?
The sample deposit is paid together with your order. The exact amount depends on your proposal and quantity and will be confirmed during consultation; it is generally low and only covers sampling cost.
Is the deposit refundable?
If you cancel the order unilaterally, the deposit is non-refundable (sampling cost has been incurred). If we are unable to complete sampling, the deposit is fully refunded. Please confirm your requirements before placing an order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The MOQ varies by product and is stated on the product page or during consultation. You can sample first with a small batch to verify, then produce at your target quantity — final confirmation is by agreement.
Is sampling charged separately? Who pays for shipping?
Sample making is covered by the sample deposit. Sample shipping can be agreed in advance (commonly shared, or credited back with the bulk order). The sample fee can also be offset against part of the product cost once you place the bulk order.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Sampling usually takes 3–7 working days depending on the process. Production lead time starts after sample approval and receipt of the deposit, typically 7–25 working days. The exact timeline is confirmed in the proposal.
Will the bulk order differ in color from the sample?
Due to batch, material and process differences, a reasonable minor variance in color and tolerance may exist between the sample and the bulk order. We recommend agreeing an acceptance standard at the proposal stage to avoid later disputes.
Can I inspect the goods? Can I do random checks?
Yes. After completion we support random inspection and live photo/video checks, and factory visits for larger orders. Goods are packed and shipped only after inspection passes, for your peace of mind.
When is the balance paid?
The balance is paid after the goods arrive and pass your acceptance. Please complete acceptance within the agreed timeframe; if there is a quality issue, report it with photos promptly, otherwise acceptance is deemed complete.
Do you sign a contract?
Yes. For larger or long-term orders, we can sign a custom contract after the consultation, covering specification, quantity, price, lead time and after-sales terms for added protection.
How are after-sales issues handled?
We continue to support you after the balance is settled. If there is a quality issue not caused by misuse, please report it with photos promptly and we will help under the agreed terms to protect your interests.
